If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Delivery, Shipping, Pickup, and Installation

Delivery, shipping, pickup, and installation availability may vary by product type, location, service area, order details, and scheduling availability.

Local delivery and installation services are generally available within our service area. Some products may only be available for local delivery or pickup. Some products may be eligible for nationwide shipping, freight shipping, or parcel shipping.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and installation spaces. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the delivery or installation location is accessible, safe, and ready before the scheduled appointment.

Additional charges may apply for delivery, freight, installation, haul away, stairs, difficult access, missed appointments, failed delivery attempts, or services not included in the original order.

Inspecting Products at Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, notify the delivery team when possible and contact National Appliance Liquidators right away. If the damage is visible at delivery, you may have the right to refuse delivery.

Shipping damage and delivery-related claims are handled according to our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
