At National Appliance Liquidators, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, defective products, and shipping damage are handled.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request and the condition of the product. To request a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, you must contact National Appliance Liquidators first so we can review the order and provide next steps.
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method when applicable. Some situations may require alternate handling depending on the payment type, product condition, delivery status, or reason for the refund.
Defective Products
Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. Warranty coverage may vary by product, so please see the product literature or ask a product expert for details.
If your product is defective upon arrival, notify a product expert within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If you notice the defect after 48 hours, contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer contact information is typically included in the product literature.
Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the issue before approving repair, replacement, or additional warranty support.
Products Damaged During Shipping
All shipments are 100% insured. Products damaged during shipping may be eligible for exchange at no charge to you.
Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery due to damage, contact us right away and we will work with you to schedule another delivery or resolve the issue.
Freight delivery policies may vary depending on the order, carrier, product type, and delivery location.
Returns for Products That Do Not Meet Your Needs
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact National Appliance Liquidators to request a return or cancellation. Returns must be approved before any product is sent back.
Products That Are Not Returnable
The following products are not eligible for return:

Products that have been delivered and used

Products that have been installed

Products where installation has been attempted

Products that are not in returnable condition

Special order products that have been delivered and removed from the box
Return Condition Requirements
Returned products must be in approved return condition and free of new cosmetic damage.
Products that do not meet return requirements may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product, unless otherwise approved by National Appliance Liquidators.
Special Order Products
Special order merchandise is subject to a 50% restocking fee, even if the product has not yet been delivered.
Special order merchandise is not eligible for return once it has been delivered and removed from the box.
Exchanges
When a product is approved for exchange due to shipping damage, defect upon arrival, or another approved issue, National Appliance Liquidators will work with you to provide a replacement option when available.
Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, open box, scratch and dent, clearance, or limited-quantity items, the exact same replacement may not always be available.
